All Rooms are furnished to a high standard with a mix of modern and antique finishes. Flatscreen TV , Wifi and Tea/Coffee making facilities are also available.
The Dining Room is furnished with a collection of antiques and guests are welcomed with a lit fire on cold mornings. The gardens also offer opportunities and facilities to BBQ within a spacious grassed and gravel area to be enjoyed in the better weather.
Breakfasts can be as big as a feast or as light as you like! The typical Ulster fry is prepared by Lynne on a traditional AGA so flavours are locked in with no added oil. The homemade soda and potato bread is however traditionally crisp fried and the eggs have the taste and texture of a fried egg but are cooked on bake o glide on the Aga so again no oil. Poached boiled scrambled or fried the choice is yours?
Specials are available on pre request.
For example our popular Breakfast Sundae for the healthy conscience, a tall glass with layers of blueberries, banana , vanilla or Greek Yogurt with honey and Armagh toasted oats. Also griddle pancake with Irish Bacon and maple syrup.

Our Family room is furnished with Irish Bedeck Bed Linen, an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furnishings and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The En-suite has a heated towel rail, power shower, period style toilet and wash hand basin.
Room 2: King with en-suite
Bedroom 2 has been decorated in rich shades of peaceful green and charcoal. The room has a feature wall with designer wallpaper by Harlequin. The furniture suite is more contemporary Shaker Style with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The En-suite has a heated towel rail, power shower, period style toilet and wash hand basin.
Room 3: Premier Room double Private Bathroom
Our premier room is in part of the original house and is not ensuite but benefits from a stylish separate private bathroom with roll top Victorian bath, panelled walls and a separate power shower enclosure just across the landing. Robes are provided. The room is furnished with William 1V period antiques including an Irish Half Tester double bed and feature fireplace.
Barn Studio
This room is located with a private entrance and is just below the barn. A kitchenette with fridge, kettle toaster and microwave allows guests the opportunity to prepare snacks. Tv DVD player and a seating area add to the feel of a suite. The Ensuite has a large wetroom which also makes this room ideal for disabled access and suitable adaptations have been made. The Ensuite also has a useful modern vanity unit. Decor is bright and fresh with shades of blue and white.
