You may check in from 16:00 until 22:00
You must check out by 11:00am.
If you are due to arrive outside of the above check-in times, please contact reception in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. You can contact reception by telephone or via email.

Accepted credit cards: Visa / Maestro / MasterCard
Please note: We do not accept American Express!
Unfortunately due to bank charges we need to add a 2% charge to all credit and debit card transactions.

Deposit Policy:
20% at time of booking.

Internet Policy:
Wireless internet is available throughout the property and is free.

Parking Policy:
Free & Secure public off road parking is possible on site.

Extra Charges Policy:
VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Child Policy:
All children are welcome . Additional beds are charged at £20.00 per night. Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots is 1 per room, unless otherwise authorised by the owners.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Pets:
Pets are welcome. Reception are happy to discuss options for a stay in one of the out buildings, if you are planning on bringing a pet, please mention this at the time of booking.
